Counter-Notice Procedure

- Your name, address, phone number, and electronic signature
- Identification of the removed material and its original location before removal
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
- Consent to jurisdiction of Federal District Court in your district (or our operator's district)
- Agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original claimant. If they do not file a court action within 10–14 business days, the removed material may be restored.
